By changing how you think about fitness and wellness, you’ll build consistency and start seeing the vibrant, strong person you know you can be.

Congratulations on taking this beautiful step toward prioritizing your body, mind, and spirit. This program was designed to help you cultivate self-love, build healthy habits, and connect with the joy of movement and wellness—all while creating a foundation of lasting strength and vitality.
Over the next 21 days, we’ll embark on a journey together. You’ll explore a mix of hypnotherapy and meditation sessions tailored to awaken your inner caregiver, build consistency, and ignite the spark of wellness within you. Each stage has been carefully crafted to help you embrace your body with love, release negative patterns, and foster habits that align with the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
What to Expect
This program is broken into seven stages, each focusing on a key area of your wellness journey. Here’s what you’ll experience:
Stage 1: Awakening Your Inner Caregiver
Build awareness and self-compassion as a foundation. Begin your journey by connecting with gratitude and reframing any negative beliefs about your body.
Stage 2: Motivation and Movement
Overcome resistance and procrastination around exercise. Create a positive and joyful connection with movement.
Stage 3: Building Discipline with Kindness
Establish consistency and self-discipline through love and respect for your body, not through pressure or obligation.
Stage 4: Releasing Comparison and Embracing Uniqueness
Let go of societal pressures and comparison traps. Embrace pride in your own, unique journey.
Stage 5: Nourishing the Mind and Body
Cultivate intuitive eating and self-care practices that feel good. Release guilt or shame and replace it with balance and love.
Stage 6: Strengthening Your Inner Athlete
Empower yourself to see the strength and vitality within. Anchor the belief that you are strong, capable, and unstoppable.
Stage 7: Sustaining Wellness and Self-Love
Solidify long-term habits and embrace the identity of someone who values wellness and self-care deeply.
How to Use the Program
Each stage includes both a hypnotherapy session and a meditation session. Hypnotherapy sessions are designed to help you take action and reprogram your mindset, while the meditations bring clarity and confirmation to your journey.
It is suggested you stay on one hypnotherapy session for 2 days minimum, but if you feel that you want to linger in one area to allow it to really penetrate, then do so! Repetition is key, to allow it to really resonate with your subconscious mind. The suggested pacing in the breakdown below, ensures you’re giving yourself time to absorb and integrate each lesson before moving forward.
